Came across this in SEs. I am currently struggling with how to persuade several corporates to take this stuff seriously. Fundamentally, they believe that they can control everything that is said about their organisations and that they can set the agenda. This misses the point of web 2.0. I do think age is a factor, as is how far up the ivory tower you are. Have you come across this, and do you have any suggestions about how to wake people up to the upside and downside of this technology?
