"Do unto others what you'd like them to do unto you." This golden principle upheld in Confucianism, Christianity and I'm sure, lots other religions/philosophies, is violated.
In addition, since I've hardly used my NUS email address on the Internet, I can only think of two sites on the Net where my email privacy or security is breached. And one of them is FaceBook, by now infamous for its numerous hackers.I can understand somewhat when people use dummy email addresses to send such messages.
