Oh yes, regarding BlogHer... actually, I'm not sure. I'm just a BlogHer too.

If I reside in the States, the choice would be much easier.

Hi, Beth. Pleased to "meet" you virtually. ;-) What an interesting way to meet via social media! (A teaching point for one of my courses.)

I found your tagging photo amongst Cogdogblog's Favorites in Flickr and added it as a Fave. Later, I'm not sure how, you found me and added me as a contact on Flickr. I got curious. Started looking at your profile, found your very interesting blog and added a comment.

I found LinkedIn (again) while checking out some Singapore entrepreneur websites -- followed some links there, found Nexus 2007 and many of the organizers have FaceBook and LinkedIn links. So, I thought I'd give them a second look.

Ok, regarding LinkedIn, I'm not so addicted to it now. Still, I find it useful as a relatively official and authenticated way of presenting one's professional credentials and recommendations. It also has a very interesting Answer feature where one can ask or simply read FAQs on business-related topics close to one's heart.

It also gives feedback on "the state of completion" of one's network and recent changes in one's network. For example, after half a month of “connecting”, this is what I get on LinkedIn:

A pity though that many (perhaps most) of my contacts are not into LinkedIn (or Facebook).
